A Vegan Lifestyle: What I Eat Throughout The Week




I’ve been thinking about what I eat during the week as a Vegan.

I think I try to mix it up and eat a variety of foods, but I know that I could do better in eating more variety and eating new fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds.

However, I do limit my intake of nuts, since they can be fattening.

But here is my list of foods that I eat during the week as a Vegan, and this will be good to share, and also a reminder that I need to eat more variety of foods in my life.

But then again, I do have my favorites.

As long as its all vegan.

So, I might add on to this list as I remember other foods I typically eat during the week, but this looks like most of it.

I’m also being honest in listing foods that ARE vegan but not all that healthy, like potato chips and french fries (hey, we need a couple of cheat foods, no?). But the overwhelming majority of the foods are whole foods and vegan, and mostly vegetables. I confess I’m not very fond of fruits in general, so I need to add more fruits to the list.

I do love bananas.
