This is a nicely done video, featuring a great Yoga routine by Yogi Nora, suitable for Beginner to Intermediate practitioners.

The Yoga routine starts off with a nice warm-up that focuses on opening up the inner thighs and hips.

The routine continues with the Sun Salutation as a base for a varied sequence of poses.

Yogi Nora gives a very detailed explanation to guide you through each pose.

And she offers many tips while going through the workout.

The routine ends with various seated poses to wind down.

Note: My apologies. I keep wanting to say Yogi Nori, when her name is spelled “Yogi Nora”.
