Apparently, someone has touched upon this idea before, but it all originates from Japan, either way.
I’ve been formulating my own personal plan, but I realize this idea is nothing new. I had been simply trying to organize my own thoughts and rules of eating that would benefit my own personal situation.
But, this is an interesting video, although somewhat minimalistic… but, that’s what a Zen Diet would be about… simplicity.
And eating as simply as possible, in smaller portions, savored, throughout the day.
As far as performance is concerned, I think this is a good diet in that it gives one needed energy throughout the day. And, it’s not about depriving oneself of needed nutrients. It’s just finding the right balance which is important.
This is something that is dependent on the individual’s needs.
