What Does an Advanced Yoga Routine Look Like?

One of the Best Yoga Routines I’ve Seen

I’ve been practicing Yoga for years. I started when I was 18 and now I’m 60! But, I still can’t do advanced routines like the one below. Of course, I still feel I benefit from even the most basic Yoga pose. And I have my Yoga poses that are pretty advanced for me.

As a musician, Yoga helps me be the best musician I can be. It’s like, a musician needs to tune his/her instrument, right? Well, Yoga tunes the musician so that he/she can play at a higher level or frequency.

With music, it’s not all about playing the notes correctly and just playing a song perfectly. Music is about artistic expression and ‘live’ music should be played with a certain passion and expression.

A Superb Outdoor Yoga Routine
