Your Very Own Transformation is Within You

Humankind’s Evolution

I believe, that the next step in humankind’s evolution is to become more loving and compassionate beings.

To become enlightened.

Being vegan and eating a more plant-based diet is just one part of that next step. Ensuring that innocent sentient beings are saved from being slaughtered for food is another part. Improving one’s awareness and expanding one’s consciousness is yet another.

We don’t need to do the research. The American Dietetic Association has already assessed that a Vegan Diet is healthy and nutritious, as long as one eats a wide variety of plant-based foods to get enough nutrients to thrive.

The American Dietetic Association

“It is the position of the American Dietetic Association that appropriately planned vegetarian diets, including total vegetarian or vegan diets, are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. Well-planned vegetarian diets are appropriate for individuals during all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, and adolescence, and for athletes.”

I believe anyone can do it.

For some, it may take a lot of work to undo what has been done in their dietary history.

If you are a hardcore meat eater who never eats fruits and vegetables, then it will take some considerable effort for a variety of different reasons. These individuals may need to transition over several years to get to a point where they can fully become a vegan. It also depends on a lot of factors involving the current health of the individual, physical assessment, age, weight, and heredity in order to safely transition.

Transformation Takes Time

From my experience, it takes time.

Be patient. Persevere.

But it can be done.

Overall, one has to be committed to change. To transformation.

The Yoga Diet

For me, the Vegan Diet is the Yoga Diet, so it is all a part of the practice of Yoga. Yoga is also a spiritual practice, so if I’m practicing Yoga, I’m a Vegan. It’s just as simple as that.

And Veganism and Yoga is just a part of my regimen of practices to help improve myself as a musician, and to help enhance my performance and creativity.

Hopefully, it is all for a good cause, to spread joy and happiness to others in the form of Music. Through my commitment to being a musician, and hopefully as a living example for others to follow, I think I’m helping to set a trend that will be much more positive on a global scale.

We may think we don’t count, or that we may not be relevant, but each one of us has that unlimited potential within. Be the example you want to see in the world.

You have to believe in the process. And don’t listen to the skeptics. The skeptics haven’t walked the walk, but they can sure talk the talk.

And there will always be skeptics who put you down out of ignorance for the path you are taking.

Carry out your divine plan.

Be mindful.

Be loving.

Be compassionate.

Be true to yourself.
