Zen and the Art of the Food Journal Entry

This post covers today’s food intake. So check back for more updates.

I think I’m getting the hang of mixing these food journal entries so that Google doesn’t “ding me” again. But, enough of that. Let’s move on.

Yesterday’s entry was very good. I was happy with the way things turned out.

Being that it was the start of the weekend, I splurged on Chocolate Ice Cream and Mexican food in the form of a Fish Taco and a Fish Burrito from Chile Peppers down the street.

It was very good!

But, let’s get started with today’s entry…

Meal No. 1 – 11:30am

Shrimp Dumpling – 1 pc
California Roll – 4 pc
Nigiri Sushi – 1 Ebi
Miso Soup – 1 cup
Genmaicha Tea – 1 cup

Beverage No. 1 – 1pm

Starbucks Mocha – tall, no whip

Meal No. 2 – 5pm

2 Shrimp Dumplings
1 Cheese Sandwich

Meal No. 3 – 8pm

The family treated me to an early Father’s Day dinner!

Kung Pao Chicken – 1 serving
Fried Rice – 1 serving
Oolong Tea – 2 cups
Fried Noodles w/sweet & sour sauce – 1 serving
Merlot – 1 glass

Meal No. 4 – 11:30pm

Chocolate Ice Cream – 1 cup
Glass of Water – 1 glass

It is done.
