Vendor Appreciation Day

I recently attended a vendor appreciation day event at Merrill Gardens. It felt good to be honored as one of the musicians who perform hear in rotation. And there was some good food and wine, as well as received a goodie bag!

Lola Ba’s 90th Birthday Luncheon

My latest gig was with my wife’s side of the family, celebrating Lola Ba’s 90th birthday at Il Fornaio Coronado… I was a very nice event, great food, great ambience, great service… and I provided a variety of Jazz Standards and some songs done in the Django Reinhardt style of gypsy jazz. We also beat the Hurricane Hillary’s tropical storm by one day!

My grand nephew and brother-in-law look on as I play some Jazz Standards.

Here I am with my wife and two sons.

Honored to Perform for a 102 Year Old

I was very nice to play piano and one man jazz trio for Dottie, who turned 102. She specifically asked for me to play for her birthday party, so I was honored and grateful. This is quite a milestone to have reached 102!
